3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session or project start date.
• Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full credit toward a future session or project.
• Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
• Ensure timely communication and submission of required materials for design or animation projects.
• For mentoring sessions, ensure you have a stable internet connection and the necessary tools (e.g., Zoom installed).

5. Service Provider Responsibilities

• Deliver services as scheduled and agreed upon.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding all client information.

6. Limitations of Liability

• Cryptocurrency mentoring services are educational and informational only and do not constitute financial or investment advice.
• We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided during the sessions.
• For design and animation projects, revisions are limited to the scope outlined in the agreement.
• Zoho CRM solutions are implemented based on client requirements, and we are not liable for any operational or technical issues arising from the platform.
