Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a service has commenced or been delivered. Exceptions are made under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Cryptocurrency Mentoring Services: If a session is canceled by us, or technical issues on our end prevent the session from proceeding, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
• Web Design Services: Refunds are only applicable if the project is canceled by the client before work begins. If work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the stage of completion.
• Logo and Graphic Design Services: Refunds are not available once initial concepts have been delivered. However, reasonable revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope.
• 3D Animation Creation: Refunds are only available if the project is canceled before the pre-production phase begins. Once the storyboard or initial drafts are approved, refunds are no longer applicable.
• Zoho CRM Solutions: Refunds are not available for services already implemented or in progress. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

• To request a refund, clients must contact us at admin@farhoodtabrizi.com within 7 days of the issue.
• Include the service name, booking or project details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
• Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and clients will be notified of the outcome.

4. Exclusions

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind after the service has commenced.
• Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences outside the agreed scope.
• Delays caused by client inaction or failure to provide required materials.

5. Revisions and Adjustments

• For design and animation services, reasonable revisions are included within the project scope. Additional revisions outside the scope may incur extra charges.
• For mentoring services, rescheduling is available for sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Resolution of Disputes

We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to address any concerns or issues.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on our website.
